When I was in school we made braids out of yarn and tied on cinnamon sticks to make a fragrant wall hanging ... simple but cute and fun

Made this hat for a customer -Christmas orders are coming in It is so fun to try out new patterns and I always enjoy the look on their face to see it for the first time .

Looking back

My house looks like the Christmas aisle exploded in my home -my daughter is reminiscing on all the school crafts her and her brother has made thru the years-- there are many things that have been collected of school hand made gifts or things we have made here.For me homemade gifts for me are so much more then the item-it is also a connection to the person who made it. This time of year make me think of home made holiday goodies.
